Qual Quarter would like to take this opportunity of thanking all our clients for their wonderful support in 2011 – QQ continues to grow and grow, and this could not happen without you!
Last year saw our quant division receiving a lot of work nationally in terms of face to face work, and of course our call centre has been up and running for a while doing telephonic interviews both nationally and internationally. We look forward to growing this division even more this year!
For those of you who are unaware, we are able to take on research for you anywhere in the country! QQ will tailor-make a package to suit your needs: if it is just recruiting you want, we can do it; if you would like us to tackle an entire project, right through to analysis and presentation, we can do that too! Moderators, translators, transcribers are needless to say, also part of what we offer!
Our new and exciting innovation is offering our clients a simulated viewing room facility wherever they are! So if you are wishing to take clients anywhere from Polokwane to Hothazel, we can give you the facility to view focus groups in an informal environment, and for client to remain unseen! Last year we had great success with this, and although ‘informal’ doesn’t exactly suggest ‘being hidden’, many clients have enjoyed the fact that they can view the groups in rural areas or areas where there are no viewing facilities, without interacting with the respondents!
We are living in exciting times, and the Qual Quarter team is always innovating, and finding new ways to keep Qual alive and vibrant. Please do not forget also, that we have a wonderful garden for breakaway groups! Our boardroom was made to accommodate those researchers who enjoy a more creative way of doing qual – beautiful concepts have been born in our rooms, based on the fact that creatives have the space to dress up, draw or do whatever is necessary to get those right brain cells working! Our boardroom can be as informal or as formal as you wish, so please take advantage of that! We can accommodate 20 people very comfortably in the boardroom, and clients can either view or sit in if they wish!
We look forward to keeping our existing clients happy again this year, and hope that we will see many new and happy faces in our venue as well! We would love to meet those of you who have not used our services before, and wish you everything of the best for a very exciting 2012!
Please also remember that even though we do research across the spectrum, if you need any green or pink research done, QQ would love to be involved! We are currently involved in a very exciting green project in the Eastern Cape!
